Waynflete School, a private independent Early Childhood - Grade 12 school, is seeking qualified school bus drivers for approximately 20 hrs/wk. Duties will include filling in for route drivers, driving for field trips, athletic events, and other school-related events during the afternoon, evenings, and weekends. 

• Pay starts at $29/hour for those with CDL B and P & S endorsements. 

• Pay starts at $28/hour for those with CDL C and P & S endorsements

• Pay starts at $24/hour for an activity bus driver (no CDL required)

Sign on bonuses are available: 

• We offer a $1,500 bonus after earning CDL B with P & S endorsements and another $1,000 after completing six months of successful service.  

• For those who already have CDL B or C with P & S endorsements, we offer a $2,000 bonus ( $1,000 bonus after three months of service and another $1,000 after six months of successful service.)

Requirements: 

• 21+ years of age

• CDL Class B with "P" and "S" endorsements with airbrake certification preferred

• Excellent driving record

• Successful completion of background check, physical, and random drug tests (paid by school)

• Positive attitude, enjoy children, work well in a team setting
