Description

Waynflete School is seeking an in-person, part-time reading and writing tutor for elementary and middle school grades. Candidates must have experience teaching reading and writing skills to students in grades K-8 and have been trained in research-based intervention programs; experience teaching in a 1:1 setting preferred. Preference will be given to those who have experience teaching executive function skills, such as planning, organization, and time management, as well as study skills. Having knowledge of French, Spanish, Chinese or Latin is a plus.

Tutoring hours will vary, so candidates must be available between 7:30am-4:30pm. This is an ideal position for people who can be very flexible and patient when scheduling sessions with students.
