Waynflete is seeking a full-time Art Teacher to join a four person faculty in the Middle and Upper School Studio Arts program beginning with the 2020-2021 school year. The candidate should be adept at teaching in both the Middle and Upper School age ranges. A general studio background should allow the candidate to be comfortable teaching an entry level Foundations of Art class to Freshmen and Sophomores. Expertise in Ceramics (hand-building and wheel throwing) and other studio disciplines such as Drawing, Painting, Digital Imaging and Printmaking at the Upper School level are a plus. The position most likely includes joining the advising program in either the Middle or Upper School and contributing to the Gallery program.
