Description

Waynflete School has an immediate need for a Business Office Associate to coordinate accounts payable and assist with other Business Office functions. Responsibilities include: processing and monitoring payments and expenditures in an accurate and timely manner, maintaining vendor records and filing systems, responding to vendor and employee inquiries, preparing general ledger reports, performing month end accounting procedures, processing gift batches, assisting with reception, and special projects as assigned.  This is a year-round, 40-hour per week position that includes a generous benefits package.

Applicants should have strong interpersonal, analytic and organizational skills; demonstrate effective written and oral communication and data management skills; possess a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency, and demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.   Associates degree and experience in a non-profit organization is preferred with at least 2 years of directly related experience. Working knowledge of Blackbaud’s Financial Edge is a plus.
